AIA and City of Miami Sea Level Rise Task Force welcome the Coastal Resiliency Film Tour with independent filmmaker, Diogo Freire and "Facing the Surge." In just 25 minutes, this mini-doc puts a human face on sea level rise and focuses on how citizens can participate in a combination of local and national solutions to most effectively address climate change.
