Check out what rebates your local utility offers for ‘cool roofs’. Your state / city may offer additional incentives, as well.
Contact cool roof-coating distributors. They might even donate the coating in exchange for the utility rebates or tax credits.
Organize volunteers to do the coating: parents, students, teachers, and local businesses.
